Will you tell me whether the other jeweller is overcharging me?
No, and be wary of anyone who will from a single document. Two workshops can quote differently for good reasons: different stones, different making methods, different levels of finishing. What you get is what the specification actually commits to, what it leaves unsaid, and the questions that resolve the difference, so you can judge the price with the facts in front of you.
