Shipping and Returns

Every delivery is fully insured, tracked, and requires a signature. UK delivery is included in the price of each piece. For delivery outside the United Kingdom, please contact us before ordering.

You are welcome to collect your piece from the studio in person instead, at Victoria Mansions, 32-35 Hall Street, Birmingham B18 6BS. The studio is by appointment only, so collection is arranged with you once the piece is finished. It costs no more and no less than delivery, which is included in the price either way, and many clients prefer to be handed the piece by the person who made it.

Pieces made to your specification or clearly personalised, including engraved, personalised, and bespoke-sized pieces, are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This is stated before you order.

Nothing is held in stock and no piece is made until it is commissioned, so in practice the exemption above applies to most orders. Where a piece is not made to your specification and is not personalised, the 14-day cancellation right applies in full. That right arises on contracts concluded at a distance or away from a trader’s premises, which covers orders placed and confirmed online, by telephone or by email, as ours are. The 14 days run from the day the piece comes into your physical possession, and it may be returned within that period unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

If a piece is faulty, or is not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full and are not affected by anything above. Those rights do not depend on how the order was placed, and a piece being made to order does not weaken them: the Act requires goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose made known to us, and to match their description, with no exception for commissioned work.
