Shipping and Returns

Every delivery is fully insured, tracked, and requires a signature. UK delivery is included in the price of each piece. For delivery outside the United Kingdom, please contact us before ordering.

Pieces made to your specification or clearly personalised, including engraved, personalised, and bespoke-sized pieces, are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is stated before you order.

Nothing is held in stock and no piece is made until it is commissioned, so in practice the exemption above applies to most orders. Where a piece is not made to your specification and is not personalised, the 14-day cancellation right applies in full and it may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

If a piece is faulty, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full and are not affected by anything above.
