Terms of Sale

Silux London is a trading name of Studio Saina Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

Your order is confirmed when your payment, or your deposit where a deposit option is shown, is completed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Every piece is made to order. The lead time shown with each piece is an estimate and runs from the day your order is confirmed. We will keep you informed if your timeline changes.

Where a deposit option is shown, the stated percentage is taken at checkout and the balance is invoiced before your piece is dispatched.

On a bespoke commission the deposit is 50%, taken at design approval. If you decide not to continue after the model has been produced but before you approve it, the deposit is refunded less £250 for the design and modelling work already carried out. Computer models remain the property of Studio Saina Ltd and are not released; you are shown renders and photographs of the model for approval.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable.

Solid precious-metal pieces are hallmarked at a UK assay office where the Hallmarking Act 1973 requires it, before dispatch.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
