Hamdam Tavus Fan Brooch

From £2,050

Final price confirmed at commission.

The Tavus Fan Brooch carries Shokouh, splendour, at its fullest: the peacock's fan raised as one continuous swept volume of solid 18ct yellow gold, five teal sapphire cabochons set along its curve rather than a surface pattern trying to imitate a hundred true feathers. Character comes entirely from the shape of the fan itself, satin through the body with mirror-polish reserved for its edge.

The Story

The Tavus Fan Brooch carries Shokouh, splendour, at its fullest: the peacock's fan raised as one continuous swept volume of solid 18ct yellow gold, five teal sapphire cabochons set along its curve rather than a surface pattern trying to imitate a hundred true feathers. Character comes entirely from the shape of the fan itself, satin through the body with mirror-polish reserved for its edge. Pinned rather than hung, it sits on the collar or the lapel as the collection's most deliberate display, splendour worn, not hidden.
