The Story
The Noor Ring is named for the Persian word for light - noor (نور) - because that is precisely what this ring does. A large oval diamond sits at its centre, cradled in a halo of brilliant-cut diamonds that amplify every facet. The split shank rises to meet the setting with milgrain-edged shoulders set with pavé diamonds, and the band itself carries hand-engraved detailing that catches the light at every angle. This is a ring built around the idea of radiance. Not the loud kind, but the kind that holds your attention - warm, generous, and entirely its own.Crafted in 18ct yellow gold in our Birmingham Jewellery Quarter studio, the Noor Ring is made to order. The centre oval diamond is sourced individually for each commission; I will present you with graded options and guide you through the choice. The setting, milgrain work, and engraving are all executed by hand.Commission lead time: 6–8 weeks from stone selection. Every piece is hallmarked at Birmingham Assay Office and arrives with a full gemstone grading certificate.
