The Story

Panah (پناه) means shelter. The whole line rests on one decision: the stone sits down into the gold rather than up on top of it. Three stones in a row along the finger, each in its own smooth collar, the two outer ones smaller and set a little lower so the centre still leads. A continuous collar of gold folds over the girdle and holds the stone flush, so there are no claws anywhere: nothing to catch on a sleeve, nothing to lift, and nothing to wear thin and need retipping in ten years. The setting is a distinct element seated on a slim shank, with a visible junction and an open shadow gap beneath it, so the ring reads as a setting on a band rather than as one solid mass. There are no stars on this ring and no ornament of any kind: the three collars are the design. 18ct yellow gold, satin faces with softly polished edges. The two side diamonds are included. The centre stone is yours to choose, natural or lab grown, and the mount is cut to it. Made to order, and available as a fully bespoke commission if you would like the proportions, the metal or the stone changed.
