The climber follows the ear the way a wing follows air: a slender crescent of solid 18ct yellow gold, about 14mm, rising from the lobe along the ear's edge, held close by a post and a small hidden clip. The leading edge is razor-thin and carries a single flush line of pave diamonds; the face is mirror-polished. Nothing dangles and nothing swings. The piece sits nearly flush to the skin, which is what lets it stay on through everything from a morning of meetings to a long evening. Left and right are true mirrors, each shaped to its own ear. A wing drawn in one line of gold and one line of light. Made to order in 18ct yellow gold.
